Zesty chicken skewers with bags of flavour.
Zesty Tandoori Chicken Skewers
450g skinless chicken breast cut into cubes
40g Streamline Marmalade
40g thick Greek yoghurt
2 tsp of garam masala
½ tsp turmeric
Sea salt to taste
1 tsp chili powder (skip if you do not want it spicy)
Juice of one lime
Handful of finely chopped coriander
15g of Streamline Marmalade
15g of yoghurt
½ lime juice
Salt to taste
Add the marmalade, yoghurt, masala powder, turmeric, salt, finely chopped coriander, chili powder and lime juice to a large bowl.
Mix to combine.
Put the chicken cubes into the mixture and mix until all the chicken pieces are covered .
Let it marinate for at least 10 min.
Take one skewer at a time and keep adding the chicken cubes as you desire.
Heat up the grill pan, add few sprays of olive oil and grill the chicken both sides until chicken is completely done.
Add a few sprigs of fresh coriander leaves and drizzle some dressing.
