65g of apple sauce (unsweetened)
½ tsp cinnamon powder
½ tsp of baking powder
Pecans to top pancakes
½ tsp of vanilla extract
40ml of water
For the marmalade sauce:
40g Thin or Thick Cut Streamline Marmalade
½ an orange chopped with peel
Blend the oat flour and sift to achieve a lump free flour.
Add teh baking powder and cinnamon powder.
In a separate bowl, add the apple sauce, vanilla, water and egg and whisk until everything is completely mixed.
Mix the wet ingredients and dry ingredients together to make a batter.
In a saucepan, add the chopped up ½ orange with peel and the marmalade.
Heat up until it creates a thick sauce.
Heat a non-stick pan, over a medium heat and then add some of the pancake batter using a table spoon and spread out to get your desired shape. Cook the pancake until you see bubbling in the edges and flip them and cook the other side. Repeat until you have used all of the batter.
Stack your pancakes, pour over the marmalade sauce and enjoy!
