Warm Oat Bake

Getting a bit bored with regular porridge?  Then give this recipe a go.  A simple, yet delicious way to start to your day.

120g rolled oats
60g Streamline strawberry jam
2 eggs
1 tsp vanilla extract
250 ml of low fat milk

Add the rolled oats, milk, vanilla, and 40g Strawberry jam to a bowl and mix well.
Whisk the eggs separately and add to the rolled oats mixture and stir until everything is well incorporated.
Pour the mixture into a baking pan and add the rest of the remaining  jam using a spoon on the top.

Place in the oven at 160C for approximately 12-15 minutes

Serve the oat bake with Greek yoghurt or fresh strawberries.
