Strawberry overnight breakfast oats

Start your day with a fruity and high-fibre breakfast and be set for the whole day!

Streamline chia strawberry jam overnight oats are reduced in sugar but packed with fibre and flavour. This prep-ahead breakfast is so worth it, super easy to make and it’ll save you so much time in the morning!

35g rolled oats

80ml low fat milk (or plant based milk of choice)

80g Streamline less sugar strawberry jam

2 tbsp water

1 tbsp chia seeds

2 fresh strawberries, cut

Mix the chia seeds, water and jam; whisk well to combine to get a thick mixture.

In a separate bowl, mix the rolled oats and milk; set aside.

In a glass, add the rolled oats mix and top with the chia jam mixture.

Simply cover with a lid and leave overnight in the fridge to soak up all the goodness.

Next day, add freshly cut strawberries and mix the oats and chia jam before you enjoy your overnight oats!
