Let’s travel to the birthplace of the Mojito, Havana, Cuba, with this non-alcoholic version. It is every bit as refreshing as the classic Mojito with a simple strawberry and lime syrup and as always, less sugar!

Strawberry Mojito Mocktail
110g Streamline less sugar Strawberry jam
Juice of 3 limes (or lemons)
10-12 fresh mint leaves
6 strawberries, sliced
750 ml of sparkling water (or soda water)
Ice
- Place the streamline jam and juice of three limes in a saucepan; bring the mixture to a boil while stirring. This should take about 3 mins and will create a thick syrup.
- Sieve the syrup through a sieve to get a clear syrup.
- In a long glass, add the mint leaves and syrup. Using a cocktail muddler, crush the mint leaves while mixing.
- Finally, add the sparkling water, sliced strawberries and ice!
