Try adding these fruity clusters to your breakfast, for a delicious, crunchy start to the day.
50g rolled oats
70g almonds coarsely chopped
70g cashews or any type of nuts coarsely chopped
40g Streamline Strawberry Jam
4 dates pitted and chopped
Olive oil spray
Preheat oven to 180c
In a zip-lock bag, add all the ingredients and mix until everything is well coated in the jam by shaking the bag.
Line a baking tray in parchment paper, spread the granola mix, and spray the mix with few sprays of olive oil.
Bake for 45 minutes. Make sure to take the tray out shake the tray to prevent burning half way through and put it back.
Once you take the tray out, let the mixture cool down completely. This will make crispy oat granola clusters.
Store in an airtight – container and leave in a cool dry place for up to 3 days.
