Strawberry Chia Pudding

Chia seeds are an excellent source of vitamins, minerals, and powerful antioxidants.  This is a delicious and simple way to add them into your diet.

30g Streamline strawberry jam
55g of chia seeds
300ml of low fat milk or plant based milk
1/8th of a tsp of pure vanilla extract
20g of chopped nuts of choice
20g of chopped or sliced sweet strawberries

Add the milk, vanilla and chia seeds to a bowl and whisk until well combined.

Pour the mixture into a glass container, add the nuts, jam and then cover.

Place in the fridge overnight to get a thick luscious pudding.

Just before you serve, add some freshly chopped strawberries and enjoy!
