Spiralized Root Vegetables with a Marmalade Dressing

Add a delicious twist to your veggies!

1 carrot cut into spirals
1 parsnip cut into spirals
½ potato cut into spirals

40g Streamline Thin or Thick Cut Marmalade
1 tbsp of low fat ranch dressing
1 tbsp of freshly grated parmesan cheese
1 garlic clove finely chopped
Salt and pepper to taste

Boil the spiralized root vegetables for about 8-10 min until cooked; drain and set aside

Add the marmalade, ranch dressing, parmesan cheese, garlic, salt and pepper to a separate bowl.  Mix to combine.

Simply toss the spiralized root vegetables in the dressing and enjoy!
