Bright and zingy, this uncomplicated stir-fry is such a good twenty minute midweek supper!
Sesame and Orange Tofu
280g firm tofu, cut into square pieces
200g green beans
2 garlic cloves, minced
2 tbsp light soy sauce
50g Streamline Thick or Thin Cut Orange marmalade
10g sesame seeds, toasted
Few sprays of olive oil
Steam the green beans and set aside.
In a non-stick pan, add 3 sprays of olive oil on high heat and add the tofu pieces. Lightly fry them 1 min each side (turn carefully). Set the fried tofu aside.
In the same pan, add the marmalade, soy sauce and garlic cloves. Let the marmalade caramelise so the sauce thickens.
Add the tofu, green beans and toasted sesame seeds and turn off the heat.
This can be served as a side for rice or noodles.
