Marmalade Loaf

A delicious zingy loaf to enjoy with a good brew.

100g semolina

50g almond flour

150g Streamline Thin or Thick Cut Marmalade

1 egg

1 tsp baking powder

Pinch of salt

 

Frosting:

100g of marmalade

50g Greek yoghurt

Pre-heat the oven to 180c

Mix the semolina, almond flour, salt, baking powder to a bowl.

Whisk the egg and mix with the marmalade, before combing with the other ingredients.

Line a 20cm by 8cm loaf pan with parchment paper and pour in he mixture.

Bake for 45 min or until a fork comes clean.

 

For the frosting:

Blend the yoghurt and marmalade and drizzle over the loaf.
