Less Sugar Energy Balls

Enjoy these energy balls pre-workout, post-workout or even as a delicious snack with your cup of tea!  You can refrigerate these energy balls in the fridge for up to 7 days.

  • 45g of Streamline blackcurrant or strawberry jam
  • 80g rolled oats
  • 80g almonds
  • 80g pecans
  • 30g pure peanut butter
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • Pinch of sea salt
  • Simply put everything in a food processor and blitz until everything is finely blended.
  • Shape into 8 even balls
  • Refrigerate
  • Prep time 10 Minutes
  • Yield 8
