Immunity Boosting Blackcurrant Smoothie Bowl

This delicious blackcurrant smoothie is packed with nourishing ingredients including fresh ginger, turmeric, almonds, chia seeds and banana to help give your immune system a little boost and it tastes amazing!

1 ripe frozen banana

2 heaped tbsp of Streamline less sugar blackcurrant jam

1 tbsp chia seeds

10 almonds

1 tbsp low fat thick Greek yoghurt or plant based yoghurt

½ tbsp of crushed ginger

1 tsp of turmeric powder

½ orange squeezed

In a high-speed blender, add everything and blend until it creates a smooth smoothie texture.

Add extra crushed nuts and chia seeds to top your smoothie together with some blackcurrants.
