These vegan ice lollies, made with coconut milk, mango and Streamline Less Sugar blackcurrant jam, promise a burst of fun and fruity flavours. The perfect refreshment on a hot day!

Dairy-free creamy mango and blackcurrant ice lollies
500ml Coconut milk
100g Fresh mango, puree
4 tbsp (or 45g) Streamline Less Sugar blackcurrant jam
Blend 500ml of coconut milk with fresh mango puree until smooth.
Pour the mixture into moulds and simply drop 1 tbsp of jam to each lolly mould and freeze overnight.
