Creamy blackcurrant ice lollies

Finger-licking fruitiness is guaranteed with these vibrant blackcurrant lollies. They’re a brilliant no-churn alternative to ice cream and with only 3 ingredients, they couldn’t be easier to make! The perfect refreshing treat on a hot summer’s day.

500ml milk of choice

3 tbsp (or 45g) low-fat Greek yoghurt

90g Streamline less sugar blackcurrant jam

Blend everything together and sieve through to get a smooth liquid texture.

Pour the liquid into 4 ice lolly moulds and freeze overnight.
