Blackcurrant rainbow ice lollies

Pack in the fruit with these fun rainbow lollies, made with mango fruit and blackcurrant jam. They’re a low-fat, low-calorie cooling treat and will go down a storm with the kids, big and small!

500ml Low-fat milk
2 tbsp (or 30g) Low-fat greek yoghurt
90g Mango, puree
80g Streamline less sugar blackcurrant jam

Blend 250ml of milk along with mango and 1 tbsp of greek yoghurt until smooth. Sieve through and pour it to 4 ice cream moulds (use silicon moulds to get even, beautiful ice lollies).
Freeze for 1 hour.

While the moulds are freezing, blend the rest of the ingredients and sieve through to get a creamy texture.

After one hour, take the moulds out of the freezer and pour the blackcurrant mixture on top of the frozen mango mixture.
Freeze overnight.
