Fillings and presentation are what make pancakes truly exciting! So whether you’re the sweet type (you’re one of us) or the savoury kind, here are some simple filling and folding ideas for your pancake party menu!
- Spread some low fat soft cheese, sprinkle a little fresh dill and add smoked salmon. This looks great wrapped in a roll, served whole or cut into smaller slices
- Crumble some feta and top with roasted red peppers and tomatoes. Show off your filling in a window fold.
- Gently fold some Streamline Less Sugar Black Cherry Jam into low fat soft cheese and dark chocolate shavings for a Black forest style filling. This would look gorgeous served in a basket style fold
- Mix a little Streamline Less Sugar Orange Marmalade into low fat natural Greek yogurt and mango chunks. Parcel up into a crêpe Suzette surprise!
